Kingsford.

American BBQ originated at the hands of Black pitmasters.  But, like so much of African American history it has been lost, forgotten or ignored. Kingsford wanted to take a step to bring this to light and support the next generation of black pitmasters working tirelessly to take their BBQ restaurants to the next level.

The Preserve The Pit Fellowship is a grant and mentorship program that helps aspiring pitmasters succeed.
